Actually I cannot find a list on the state department’s website. I looked under every search I could think of. What I have found is that the name terrorist can be subjective. I looked up “list of domestic terrorists in the US”. Top of the list from Wikipedia is atom waffen, but I know you all think Wikipedia is a BS source, so I didn’t use it. If you can find an actual list, then let me know, so I can see.
again - it does not matter if people consider them terrorists, only whether the group is legally proscribed as such. whether or not they actually are is only relevant insofar as it would give police justification to act, which they did not.
and again - if it were, he would've been arrested, not had his guns confiscated under the new 'red flag laws'.

my initial question was why you thought his disarmament was justified considering he was not charged with any crime.
you went on to say he was guilty by association; that he deserved to have his weapons confiscated because he belonged to a group whose members had committed crimes.
I did not go on to say that. I quoted an article explaining why they were able to confiscate his guns.

if you were actually paying attention you'd see that I don't support the group in any way; I know a good deal about them and they're intentionally marketed as 'extreme white racists' to attract and control stupid, disaffected white kids.

Like I would tell the cops this, c’mon Aldra. I’m not banging on about shit. I’m going by the info I found, and thus far I’ve found that they are domestic terrorists. If you can find something that says otherwise, please show me. I have no problem admitting I’m wrong.
