    Thats actually not new. I think they do that for flexibility and open interpretation of the law. Much like the UK.

    considering I can't read the headers, is this just an update to their banned import/possession/sale lists or are they actually banning companies from manufacturing it for foreign sale?

    This is just an update. This is an overall manufacturing ban so any suppliers will have to find other countries to get it from. I got this notice from a vendor.

    Most of this is steroids and other nootropics and shit. But they've been updating it yearly since 2017. They're definitely trying to ban everything they can. China does not fuck around when it comes to drugs.

    I mean, caffeine???
