just had an operation at the northern general hospital, as part of the recovery I was put on self administered pain relief.
As a side effect of the drug I started to have hallucinations including insects crawling up an opposite wall, the implements on a drip stand sliding down but never actually moving and best or worst of all I was convinced I was living in a hippy commune and the nurses were other members of the sect.
The last time I had this sort of pain relief was over twenty years ago and it went without any problems has anyone else experienced problems with this treatment?

On a side note, this thread could be the title of my autobiography.
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this
post didn't die in a fire!
