I'm kind of kicking myself for not getting it a couple years ago on ebay when I thought about it 1.) because I want to play it and 2.) this thing is gaining in value FAST.
They don't make NCAA football games anymore and college football fans like myself have been very very not ok with that. I think when I looked back then or maybe it was even just last year it was about $60-75 dollars, now they go for $90-120, and a brand new factory sealed copy is $220. Fuck stocks, this thing you are GUARANTEED for your money to grow and grow every year at a very good rate.
The reason it's guaranteed to keep going up is because it's very likely a new NCAA football game will never be made because it can't right now due to a lawsuit where EA got in trouble for monetizing player's likenesses without their consent, which is illegal for them to give anyway because they cannot be paid, unless the rules change and even then good luck paying them somehow. Even if they do make another game like they thought about doing the next year (you can make your own rosters with the players' names and rate them yourself), the game is just not gonna work as well as they were running into too many problems with user submitted content and licensing. I have NCAA 12 and 13 and they games aren't worth shit. You can't buy it as a download either, EA took it down.
I read an article about how there's a group of like 3 guys who analyze every team in college football every year and rate every player and upload a roster accordingly for everyone to use and it takes months and only like one them even plays the game afterwards. They do it out of love.
I'll buy it when I get a chance maybe, I played 13 enough to be bored of it, and I actually liked 12 better, but I like playing as RG3 because he's the reason I became a Redskins fan. RIP RG3. Hopefully a gamestop will have one and will sell it more reasonably than ebay.

Wow, I've never seen a video game based on college students before, that's kind of insane. That has to be intimidating for the one guy who ended up in the game who really just wanted to get his art history degree
