Not really. All you have to do to defeat this argument is say that they believe it is in the nation's best interests and that's why they want to take the reins. -

Rhodes Scholars are the future leadership caste. Basically the empire grabbing smart kids and indoctrinating them to perpetuate the empire. That's not a conspiracy theory, that's pretty much exactly what Rhodes said. If they are making efforts to recruit hispanics now then that says a lot about what demographics they want to play to in future. -
