The turks I've met have all seemed ok (haven't met very many) but my baby mom waited tables at a turkish restaurant and just reading about all the terrible things they've done throughout history makes me think they're not so great people. They even outlawed sufism which is a horrible thing to do plus tried to kill all the armenians.
