No. I'm using the examples that the group uses. Martin was a piece of shit. Brown was a piece of shit. Sterling was a piece of shit.
We're talking about people who are shot the vast majority of the time in the commission of crimes- if not violent crimes. The militarization of police is a separate discussion, but to boil it down to "they were killed bc they were black" is lame as fuck. -

Originally posted by CASPER So you think eliminating the only deterrent to unchecked illegal immigration, will stop the steady flow across the border?
Yeah. Can't fault that logic.
Confirmed, you didn't/can't read/comprehend what the page says.
Prior to Trump's policy of immediate criminal escalation, a tiny minority of illegal immigration was handled criminally. I.e. through our courts and in our fucking detention facilities. The only reason these cases were escalated to criminal prosecution was because someone was caught running drugs or weapons and shit, broke some law worth criminally prosecuting. Otherwise they were just processed for deportation and the host government is supposed to handle them.
All this does is remove the ability to escalate to criminal prosecution for JUST crossing the border. Because it's straight up not worth it. Why do you want to house and feed these illegals on our dime?
And no it's not a deterrent. Again that shit is 100% posturing.

2019-11-23 at 10:24 PM UTCAgain- if you don't think that eliminating penalties for problematic behaviors will encourage people to roll the dice on a border crossing, idk what to tell you.
Maybe I'm misinterpreting your link, but it certainly looks like the increased prosecution under the Bush admi istration, step up in border patrol and the hardline stance not only DRASTICALLY lowered the amount of apprehensions, but increased the number of people moving through legal channels. Hmmm. -

No retard. Read what I wrote. They are removing the criminal penalty for the act of crossing the border illegally. Meaning they will just be deported without being prosecuted here. How about we not make them our problem? And just kick their ass back to their country and make it their problem.

Wow, surely just deporting them with no consequences will teach them a lesson.
Somehow. How about we not make them our problem? And just kick their ass back to their country and make it their problem.
Quite an idea there. Some sort of a massive wall might facilitate that.Maybe I'm misinterpreting your link, but it certainly looks like the increased prosecution under the Bush admi istration, step up in border patrol and the hardline stance not only DRASTICALLY lowered the amount of apprehensions, but increased the number of people moving through legal channels. Well looks like prosecutions led to increased law enforcement.
The only bad point was that they were actually allowed to stay legally. Which is shitty for all except large employers, who no doubt welcomed the cheap "biorobot" style unskilled employees. -

And when they come back for the second, third, fifth times?
Ofc this is anecdotal, but one of my main connections was deported probably 7 or 8 times in the years I did business with him. He actually laughed about it and said "they not gonna do to me nothing because I do nothing u know?" In other words, he was helping move hundreds of thousands of dollars of heroin from Sinaloa, but he knew better than to make it overt. The only criminal case the state ever lodged against him, he was able to get plead down to a lesser offense after dragging it out in court for a few years. He actually had stockpiles of stuff at a friends house close to the post office, so when he was to be deported again, they'd send along all the gifts and toys, and they'd celebrate the holidays while he was there. Basically a free ride home. After a few times of that he'd have one of his cousins, newly arrived, take over the day to day activities for him. Then one day the cousin disappears. Turns out he got deported. Couple of month later, dame familiar faces again.
We definitely need a reform of our immigration system. A woman I worked with spent 10 years and $10k with immigration attorneys to gain legal status for she and her family.
Simple deportation isn't any kind of deterrent. At all. From now on when people steal shit, should we just have them escorted out?
I'm bored now.
Tl;dr- I don't give a fuck what happens. I find the far left far more harmful to stability at present than the far right. -
2019-11-24 at 12:48 AM UTCOP aren't you even a little bit ashamed for being such a retarded goyim?

Yes deportation has no further consequences whatsoever.Quite an idea there. Some sort of a massive wall might facilitate that.
Yeah nobody has ever surmounted a wall.Well looks like prosecutions led to increased law enforcement.

I actually jist forgot to reply to Casper's paragraph there and it was left as s quote fragment. But it's funny you're arguing with yourself tho. -

2019-11-24 at 12:57 AM UTCDon't worry cap you're one of the "good ones". If they threaten to deport you I'll gay marry you so long as there's no prenup and then we can move to Oregon, adopt a trigendered war orphan and start growing weed.

Pakis are short and inoffensive, I'm certain Cappy will make you a good wife. -
2019-11-24 at 1:15 AM UTCIf I were Trump, I'd put the troops all along the border. That's where they are supposed to be, not abroad mercenaring for BigOil and the Bigbanks and the military industrial complex's bottom line. They are supposed to be defending the border from invasions, and that's what this is, an attempted foreign Muslim invasion.
