Is this why I keep landing up in edge situations? Constant danger and drama?
I'm feeling jaded from it all, and have stopped even caring. I think I'm burning out.
The specifics don't matter, but I think I am addicted to constant stimulation.

IDK what i can do to help you but if you want stress do the opposite of what i am saying below.
Take a hike, and i mean a real hike not a dismissive one. Getting away from the screens and the cyber and everything once in a while is good. Especially considering you work in tech. You even had yourself chipped FFS.
I stopped using my smartphone as a jack, right into the social media matrix and decided to use it as a portable distro repository instead. I feel a lot better tbh.
It doesn't fix half of everything that's wrong but it's a step in the right direction if you feel burned out.

Being less of a normie makes a person interesting but it might not be what's best for them. Also, before you reply i know that you're the only real human being in your world so it doesn't really matter but i felt like pointing that out anyway.

My next role is supposed to be way more boring than my current one.
OTOH my current role was supposed to be boring too.
And it's not even finished.
What happens if the dice doesn't roll in my favour?
