not necessarily though. the transfer speeds logged were only of the last transfer so potentially it's possible that someone 'stole' the files from the server remotely but then transferred them to another machine using a USB stick before forwarding them on.
either way there's nothing but hearsay to accuse the big bad Russians or whoever else though, the server itself was kept from the FBI and their entire 'investigation' of the matter is based around Crowdstrike's (retarded) whitepaper. it seems far more likely that it was in fact taken and passed on to wikileaks by an insider. -
