When this goes to a criminal trial there will be a judge.

This is the impeachment trial. No matter what he did or didn't do has no impact on the outcome. There is no punishment or criminality being determined. He could be an angel and still get impeached just because.

A criminal trial for a sitting President for exercising his executive authority?

Do you even realise that this is all theater and nothing is going to happen.

Thats not executive authority lol. He is not the US treasury. There's a reason we have separation of powers. He's acting like an authoritarian 'leader'.

He will be impeached. He will face criminal trial.

Sick burn bromo. §m£ÂgØL isnt dumb per se, he's just delusional and wants to be contradictory. That and he also looks up to Rachel maddow as a personal hero.

Bottom line Trump will win again. It was foretold in the prophecy people like §m£ÂgØL just don't understand the real system of hierarchy.

§m£ÂgØL should go back to watching romper room and PBS documentaries about giraffes

But you don't have any issues with locking up Donald Trump, once he leaves office.

What good does it do to lock up any criminal once the crime has been committed is your argument.

The lack of merit in that argument is so evident I feel no need to debate it.

You people are such pussy bitches

I used to live in a CAR in the middle of WINTER
I had to go to the park and explore the forest for twigs and sticks to use as firewood so I could cook my meals in the park
One time I cooked tomato soup over railroad tracks in the middle of a forest

This won't be anything significant, especially considering the PS5 is going to be released in 2020, the cabal wouldn't let something major happen so soon into a new generation.

He's lost multiple civil cases. Things that would have resulted in a criminal charge if he was not hiding behind his failed businesses that keep him from having a criminal record. Instead he's just had to pay out money, because that's how businesses usually work. Executives rarely face criminal charges for the crimes of their business, even if they were in charge of the decisions. In the 70's he lost a case for refusing to rent to blacks. Just recently he lost a case for stealing from charity and has to pay out 2 million. His charity has also violated tax laws by funding a political campaign. In 2007 and 2012 he used charity funds to buy his wife and himself gifts, with one of them being a 20,000 dollar painting of himself (you can't make this shit up.)

With the rape case the girl's family got threatened. That's why it ended. No surprise Epstein got killed afterwards. Here's a relevant quote from him: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side...” It should also be noted that Epstein had 14 different phone numbers for Donald Trump.

He's currently got 17 different investigations going on. Yeah. "Witch hunt."

Indiana isn't very cold. Basically the tropics of the midwest.
