in America, there are standards to being a man. and every man, even those trying to not be a man can follow these standards.
but every little girl, before she is able to be free and happy, is already being judged by her looks. and that is because nice looking women are more successful than not so nice looking women. a woman could be better qualified than a man in every aspect, but if she fugly, she won't get anywhere she deserves. where a nice looking woman, dumber than a box of rocks, will get the promotion.
it's unfair but that is how it's done in the USA.
now to get equal rights and promotions in some places, women have to claim being lesbian, which gives them leverage, job security, and presents lawsuits if caught trying to keep her down!! -
