no, it was originally designed for a good purpose, but like all good things, it became a misuse way to enter this Nation illegally.
but honestly, it's difficult to know who is sincere and who is here by way of criminal.
and now that these Laws have been reinforced, you will find both. and that is enough to still continue the process because you are keeping out what you want to let in legally!! -

I'm pretty sure there are diplomatic officers you can talk to if that happens. -

Dumbass. You are talking about birthright citizenship used for anchor babies. And that is already illegal. It's just difficult to prove intent.
He's referring to the fact that a child born abroad to someone that is already a US citizen, is automatically a citizen of the US. If you go to China and have a baby, the baby will still be allowed to come home with you.
How the fuck is this abused by people to get.into the country? The parents already have to be citizens.
And birthright citizenship is about as sacred an American policy as it gets. -

There is nothing any diplomatic officer can do to give someone citizenship just for lulz unless the right to citizenship for children of citizens already exists. -

It's no use. Retards like him don't look at facts. You can post the 14th ammendment all day and they'll find a way around it and deflect deflect deflect. Like he's doing here with the anchor baby discussion. -

those ammendments are merely suggestions, not sacred words of gods that americans must live by. -

no it isn't, the fuck are you on about? this is nothing to do with illegal immigration.

no its fine, you just travel home and register your baby the same as if you'd had in at home. you could probably go to your embassy in that country to get the passport and/or visa sorted so you have less trouble at customs. but either way, no matter what country you're from, you can always easily take your new born home and register them. nobody is going to expect you to register your child as a foreign citizen just because you happened to give birth while travelling.

2019-11-13 at 5:57 PM UTCI know a Chinese person who was considering taking his gf to the US to give birth. You then have dual citizenship for the kid, as the US has birthright citizenship. They didn't in the end, but it's a good example of how dumb and slow to change the US is. We got rid of birthright citizenship back in the 00s. Of course all the freaks were complaining about how dat be racis, etc.

hey shit for brains, it was not illegal immigration until we figured out how it was being used that way.
like the expiring visa and marrying a citizen Law.
they have been looking into these visa rules and connecting them to illegal immigration.
anyway a foreigner gets here, can now be viewed as a way an illegal is trying to get here!! -

Thats not how it works lol. You need at least a green card. So, a legal resident. You can't just go on vacation and do it. -
