2019-11-11 at 6:57 AM UTCIf we were all blind, and shaped the same, and had monotone robot voices, but still were the same races that we are all now and still had the same brains that we all have now, I wonder how things would change, if it all. Probably been discussed before as usual mq. Thanks ðĨðĪððð ðĪðŠ

2019-11-11 at 7:12 AM UTCOr just if we were all blind since the beginning of time. I wonder what our population would be today, and why.
Someone has had to have asked that. If we were all the same but always blind, how much faster or slower or differently the evolution and progression of mankind would have been? Like discovering shit without vision would be really fucking difficult but we might have developed this amazing sense of touch communication based on sound and touch..
Technically the blind could've used their other 4 senses so much harder to end up inventing the technology to restore site long before we, in our respective timeline, ever began to even consider the concept of lenses. -
2019-11-11 at 7:17 AM UTCYou mean like echolocation like bats have, or thermoreception like snakes have?
I feel it'd be a massive evolutionary disadvantage to not see and humans would've never evolved if we couldn't. Everything sees. Even worms can see a little bit.
If we couldn't see we definitely couldn't develop technology to make us see, I think. Our brains wouldn't be wired for it. Can you even imagine? Not only being blind, but also having no concept of sight, then suddenly, VISION? Do you just orgasm at that point? Develop a belief in God? I mean damn. -

The thing is, I think its IMPOSSIBLE to not have the concept of sight if you're a living being..organism..
Right? If you're moving around and doing shit and hearing and feeling than you must certainly assume that all the shit that's going on is more than just all no color.
That's an interesting thought to picture everyone as essentially blackness, even when you can touch hear smell and taste it. -
2019-11-11 at 7:27 AM UTCyou could still tell indians apart from human beings. they are garbage.

I don't think its impossible. Maybe to us, who know sight. But if you didn't know it, and it didn't exist to you, you wouldn't just assume it's there. Maybe there are senses we arent able to pick up on but could not possibly comprehend because we dont have the right sensory organs or the concept of it. Something right under our noses. -

In my example we have all the 4 other main senses and with those , it's impossible to not have a concept of sight. That's what I'm saying.
You're talking about senses that our senses couldnt sense unless they had the sense. If you could make up a sense that everyone had to have what would it be ? -
