If we're going to nitpick it really depends on what Fona did with his time. Maybe he took Michael out and ended up SPENDING $90. Maybe he worked on his car and SAVED $700 by not taking it to some fuckwit mechanic.

Sometimes you just need some downtime. You can't work all the time, so the whole argument over the monetary value of one's time is disingenuous. If you don't take care of yourself and your own health and mood eventually you'll just burn out.

It's called the weekend. Also, most businesses have paid time off, or even regular time off, so this down time could have been scheduled instead of being a slacker.
