aim is to gain muscle after some wasting issues. ectomorph style, I don't know the body fat % for sure, I might use calipers at some point. My peripheral body is lean, my chest and back are lean, my abdominals have gained fat since I started taking seroquel for sleep, which I am tapering off now.

cut your head off and post shoulders to ankles
if youre an ectomorph and not in top physical shape...skip the roids for at least a year and stick with regular working out. if you take steroids and try to lift weights youll rip off your tendons/ligaments. roids build muscle...not tendons/ligaments.
