Merzbow is Industrial
Noise isn't so much of a genre as it is a description.
Bands like Merzbow and Throbbing Gristle make "noise" just as do bands such as Sonic Youth and My Bloody Valentine, but they aren't of the same genre.
What you're thinking of is that Merzbow is "harsh noise", which he certainly has touched on quite a lot but overall his music is Industrial and a more avant garde approach to free jazz. -

ahhh man methadone fucking sucks, I took suboxone a couple times this week and then the methadone friday morning and I woke up with a feeling like I haven't had in a long time. I'm waiting for my weed whore to come over and help me out. methadone is bullshit especially when you're a drunkard. And I don't smoke cigs I have juul! I QUIT!

well glad you're doing better.. that shit is bullshit.. i've taken it plenty of times before when I was younger and doing other stuff but it was really bad I felt like I was the newbie in training day when this girl gave it to me.. i've been sick the last couple days nothing crazy just felt like i had to a slight flu.. I've made the Bill Krozby thread I'll make it again because I've learnt some different bands. Austin actually has a whole lot of new indie rock bands that are coming up within the last year that are pretty good. -
