    Though it's always been seedy and rough. In all honesty I think we're seeing the worst of times in San Francisco.
    
    Outside of the Z Channel scares and the Zodiac and maybe the Barbary Coast crimes in the late 1800s.. we're seeing not just crime but the most crudest behavior. Considering San Francisco is a cluster of Medical and Bio-tech research, it seems like a true dyconomy of existence to have a potential outbreak of some new virus spread by shit art. probably HepC mixed with god knows what and becomes deadly and airborn while you have Medical research centers with the highest Hazmat restrictions indoors just next to what is happening outside?

    Well.. it might be just that, they accidentally release something they were tinkering with for good reasons and not a biological warfare device and someone picks it up and they have the common flu and it mutates and that person goes to and fro from their work and pass along some homeless and maybe gave the homeless leftover of their sandwhich and forgot to wash their hand after the homeless didn't wash their hand and was playing with shit art on the sidewalk
