I have played around a little with the vivokey, but not much. I joined the vivokey owner's only forum using it though.
The combined T5577/NFC chip I don't know quite what to do with. I have cloned my work ID onto a T5577 using a cheap cloner bought of Amazon, so I know it works, but I might wait until the Proxmark3 Easy I just ordered comes, as I have heard stories about cloners causing chips to become messed up in various weird ways and even unrecoverable. And I am trying to figure out the difference between 125kHz ID and HID. The chip I have has an ID already programmed on it, but the system at work uses HID. RFID is quite confusing.
I don't know what to use the NFC chip for, probably just keep some notes on it for now.

2019-10-27 at 7:56 PM UTCOK, just copied my work ID to the chip using the cheap cloner. No problems. Apparently it password protects the chip, but the password is a known that is available on the Dangerous Things forum. Will try getting entry to the building using it next day I'm at work.
Now need to figure out what to do with the NFC. I'd also like to arrange some sort of security using the vivokey apis, just cos it's wicked cool. -

2019-11-03 at 8:01 PM UTCJust bumped my implant, and it really hurt. I was almost afraid I had broken the glass or something.
Apparently scar tissue will build up around the implant over time, so it should get less sensitive as time goes on.
Other than that everything is good. -

Weirdly my mind thinks of it that way, and I have a desire to chew on it.
I say it, as I have almost forgotten about the tag in my right hand, which is a Vivokey encryption chip that does basically nothing besides provide challenge/response encryption and access to the forums on DangerousThings. I should probably write some software for it. -

Thrilled that my implant works with the doors and the clock-in machine at my new job.
My chips don't hurt or itch any more, and I really feel like they are a part of my body. I definitely am glad I had the procedure done, and wouldn't part with my implants - I have gotten so used to having them that it would be like cutting off a finger or something. -
