So the parking lot gang leader is at it again

   I just captured footage of him in action swindling people or threatening them with one of his boys (the one with a hat) and he was literally trying to control this entire pakring lot. He was even telling cars just driving through to stop or when and where they can park like he owes the whole lot. Not only that but I saw him standing with his arms folded and I think blocking a guy from going back to his car because maybe he didnt have change or refused to pay or something.

   Holy shit the whole street was watching. He was tested by an indisn third worlder here and his operation almost came crashing down as if he didnt get the money it ould be like w slap in the face and disrespect to his whole organizarion:

   These streets here in old townw arsaw need a superhero. A superhero to tackle the corruption and gang problem here. Dont you guys think? Right now this is the ultimate villain.
