I went to a mma class again

    This week i pledged I ppI will finally out the work necessary to get these skills and power I need in my life because i used to train different things on and off wnd literslly wuit or took a break or got injured just as I was gsining some skills. So this week i went three times finally in a long time and this was even hard. Going three times in a week took effort as usually I would slack and end up just going to a weight gym or running around parks newr old town warsaw because I would get tired right when the class was stwrting or be drunk by this point. The thing is the mma stuff is harder to get good at than a single style like boxing because you forget shit. Like the muay thai clinch never comes out i forget i know it because it is a different structure or set of rules and it will twke a while for me to have this power to just combine it all or remember shit and be able to call upon it on demand. But i feel already gaining some power as i sparred against this young guy in his 20s even a bit taller than me and in good shape but kind of a pansy who complains if you throw a knee or kick him in his kneecap. Like he looked like a college dude but in shape. But if i can learn to beat people like this by training three times or even twice on a comstwnt basis i will have this power to not be dominated by my thoughts or fewr or bullies again whether in prisons or bars.

    Basically on paper this dude looks leaner taller younger and more threwtening than me. But due to my on and off lifelong experience with martial arts and boxing in particular i was able to beat him up until the end when the all out sparring occured but he was just in better shape than me and i gassed. At first iw as doing ok and kicked him with a sliding side kick and a stomp on his knee he complained about and we jsut kept exchanging jabs than i stwrted getting tired. I also was able to hit a single leg on him but it took so much energy out of me going for takedowns and he would just stuff em or get up after.

    Onviously this sort kf training is good but i still have long ways to go plus it is different from street fights. In a streetfight the guy can always kick your nuts for one and can even do it if you twke them down without ending up on top or wide right away as they kick upwards.
