those things are literal poison and 10x worse for you than alcohol
I used to go running for miles after drinking the larger version with the screw on lids. Never had any health problems from it. I'm healthier than most people.
But I think it's genetic, and most people should probably not do the massive quantities of different drugs I've done. Gold is used as a nutrient by the human body in super small amounts, but scientists don't know what the body actually does with it. They have also determined gold nano particles can break a person's DNA, and while it can repair itself, that's kinda scary that they'd put this in these popular drinks.
I suspect people who are descended from the Annunaki and Atlanteans are at least partially immune to the damaging effects of it. If the gold particles are small enough, then it becomes the consistency of semen when mixed with water and even resembles semen.
The Egyptian priests apparently consumed this to extend their life spans and give them magic powers.
