I wasn't here when he posted it. I read it years afterwards. Good luck to him if he's trying to do better in life. Getting away from negativity isn't always easy. Negativity can be addictive, like anger. There are some explanations for why it's addictive. Anger for example temporarily boosts testosterone levels and testosterone boosts get you high.
