1 - Lanny is a newfag that didn't even know about TOTSE until 2008, long after the culture of the site had died out and changed into the mainstream modern web of the late 00s
2 - I have spent my life immersed in net culture and the web, so I am in a much better position to be running a TOTSE clone
3 - I'm a hikikomori NEET so I could watch over the site all day everyday, there would never be spam or unwanted activity
4 - I would be better at promoting the site and chosing its direction
