People would instead find employment with their competition. Instead of potential employees competing for a job, employers would be competing over potential employees, which means higher wages.

this is why they purposely keep a couple of million unemployed in a country. they just set the full time working week hours so that it doesn't create enough jobs for everyone. then it keeps the people competing for jobs rather than the companies competing for workers. that way if an employee tries to complain and/or ask for too much then the boss just has to point out that there are millions waiting to fill his position. its no coincidence what they set the working week hours at, its deliberate. i been trying to point this shit out to people for years.

    doesnt make sense.

    jobs are created by productivity.

    not work hours.

you should quote them 3000, 2000 for you and your company, 1000 for the municipal official who issues city contracts.

No, they do it so idiots like you rely on the government and continue to vote for bigger government because that's the only way they'll get more power - they need products of dysgenics like you so you keep voting for them to look after you, and you need them to give you money because you are too low IQ or fucked up to make it on your own. Your existence literally relies on cunts like Theresa May or May Not, hence why you're approaching 50, addicted to heroin, have no independence and claim welfare (which you will continue to do until you die) - this is all so some power hungry cunt reaches his or her goals

Oh yeah workplace conditions are a completely fixed issue, not like there are regular reports of video game studios making their employees work 60 hours a week constantly, treating VAs like shit, no one has ever been fired for bullshit reasons, all bosses are great and the whole job market is perfectly run with perfect information

Whatever your workplace conditions are, they would be worse without a union... Because it clearly took collective action to even get them to that point.

    Dummy..

you only need unions if you live in a lawless country.

unions are no more different from gangs and traids and mobs.

there are there to keep law and order where laws are absent.

Every workplace I was in with a union was lame as fuck and some of the worst jobs I ever had.

Also the video game industry is different than most traditional industries, they work long hours on purpose

Unions are the free market solution where people with a backbone band together for their interests. Rather than your pinko commie solution to have big daddy handle it for you.

It would be worse without a union involved.

Not different enough to make 60 hour work weeks somehow acceptable. That's exactly why unions are needed.

People also choose to collectively bargain but you can't seem to stomach that.

Of course they do, it's a beurocratic system with self serving regulations. The easiest way to gain power in this world is by rigging everything in your favor

Also you don't need a union to strike, the belief that you do is what keeps them rich.
