It is not an impeachment trial. That would take place in the Senate. It's not even an impeachment. It's an impeachment inquiry and an improper one at that. The current house rules in impeachment inquiry require that the inquiry be held by the House Judiciary Committee. This farce is being held by the House Intelligence Committee. The reason for that is because Pelosi knows that Nadler is a lame duck after his last performance. So she handed the ball to the pencil neck who fucked up even worse than Nadler when he entered false evidence into the committee's official record with his "parody" stunt.
