An oldn couple were hit and they were pushed into me. My dashcam is in the front and didn't get anything of value . It was in the middle of the afternoon at a fairly busy spot, I'm hoping they can backtrack traffic cams and catch that dirtbag. I'll post the video when I'm back home.
Yeah everybody had insurance but what good will it do in this case. I stayed and waited like an hour for the police to come and report it. If they don't catch them my mom dad, maybe some o5er family will sppot the reapir with me, and nkw that back is all damaged i can go ahead and back right up the wall and completely hide my plate and not pay for parking for s while.

Better hope it's not in Walnut Creek, California. I got ran over and the bubble cam on all 4 intersections weren't "working properly" said the officer
It's like 1 impact after the next. You ok? You might end up with whiplash. I'm guessing you have uninsured motorist and covered for the 100/300 you will get from them for years of PT. The physical damage will be covered by the standard. It clearly shows you came to a safe and proper stop.
Let your insurance deal with the person who split. If your physical therapy cost you're health insurance say 50k your lawyer s ues for 150k ..it's a standard rule in most states
You get 1/3rd, lawyer gets 1/3rd and health insurance gets 1/3rd
You now are probably 50k richer. In about two years. I mean if you wake up tomorrow with a bad neck.

anyway, yeah I got my hospital bill payed for, although theyre being retards and tried to collect it from me even jjust a week ago because insurance is incomptenet. Anyway, yeah I actually minorly clipped some guy after some guy was being idiot and hogging the whole road and wouldnt move so I tried to sneak sneak by him and I accidentally clippied a guy a lil bit, it scratched my caron the side but it didnt take the paint clean off or anything so im not that worried about it, I drove off, it was a residential street

I only know this from experiencing it myself. However I do live in lawsuit capital/no fault, state of california.
It's one formula mostly used to free up court time and or mediators cost.
