Intense back pain that only goes away when I smoke a cigarette

   My only question... Am I addicted?.
   
   This pain feels like when I'd do meth for a week and completely stop and the crash/withdrawals would give me a back ache.
   
   But this is way worse. I don't know if its lack of drugs or I just lifted something wrong at work.
   
   As soon as I smoke the pain goes away.

   I don't think I have any stress though. Drinking coffee and smoking seemed to make it go away
