Why do the Warsaw hooligans

   Always say Polish fans hooligans and repeat this stupid statement over and over. Ive never heard of hooligans from other cities saying this. Anyone know? Its like their cliche phrase or something but doesnt it sound dumb as fuck? It is like they are admitting to being hooligans but are they really when they say it or just wannabes?
