Wait is there seriously not a limit to how long thread titles can be? If so that's a pretty amazing oversight that makes this place ripe for the flooding. Like really ripe. Over-ripe even. I mean I couldn't code my way out of a paper bag, but that's probably something you guys should look into. Also I'm typing all this out so if you actually can't have a thread title this long I'm going to be pretty upset about wasting my time and equally curious as to how passport guy managed it. That is all. Thank you.

   There's a cutoff on the size of any message you send to the server so eventually you'll hit that but it's pretty high. I don't really want to add a limit but the super-long titles are kind of gaudy in the thread lists. I added truncation on display there but there's still no strict limit. Aside from looking aesthetically a little wonky (although not really hurting anything) on the thread pages I think this will work alright.
