I don't know but for some reason, the hotter the climate, the less romantic the place seems to be. Portland Oregon despite trying hard to be San Francisco with all the homeless and shit/needle covered sidewalks and antifa members, is actually quite romantic. It's not too hot in the summer, and it's just right in the fall and winter.
