   These people including officials wnd cops and hotel managers or resort luggsge carriers everyone from top to bottom expect payouts for everything not to mention they block streets so you can't get through to get cheaper or normal price shuttles or taxis out of the airport snd even lie and pretend to be security saying airport is closed trying to stalk you and block your way in.

   They were so friendly and polite to me and i has no issues only when someone i was with said they were from california it started st a diff terminal and their airport is separwted by multiple terminals only reachable by a shuttle thst goes every hour and different planes land on diff terminals.
