   It sounds like something lil dicky would say with ironic jedi self depreciation. I've never really heard it said. In prison people say "buss ya chess" (bust your chest) implying a flex was attempted before being quickly deflated which seems to have the same root meaning as "getting dunked on" perhaps

   When it's phrased like that ("getting dunked on"), I actually have heard it in rap songs I'm pretty sure.
