My profound religious experience from prison as I told it on twitter

In a way when you face and feel deep inside adversery, you experience nirvana or in a way coming of the self. Realizing the self and the truth. When sent to a prison, especially being innocent or railroaded.

by an unjust system, you have almost a religious breakthrough a profound experience and new way looking at life. You touch the ground or the essence of life and freedom and what it means. You have almost like a shift in time a movie plays of your life in your head.

And you remember your loved ones. You remember specific people in your life and what they did to you and all the ways you took it for granted. It is almost like being in the movie Called the book of Eli while being in Denzel Washington’s shoes where you’re both blind but by choice and aware of everything around you.

And when the way you thought truth comes out, the way you though justice existed snd the way you thought honesty matters comes crashing down with police not reading you your rights, your own lawyer talking about plea bargains right away and laughing at you, etc.

It almost is a religious experience.

The thing is you cannot go in there go into those CDCR dungeons with your head held up. They do everything in the power to break you make you feel guilty even if it was honorable, make you feel inferior to the trash in there as they bully you as COs and chop it up with some of the convicts or lifetime losers. They literally higher the same people as california prison guards as the people in those places and in terms of local jail they hire army or ex military which i have less issue with.

Bit the GO group or private prison group everyone keeps tslking about going out of business those are real special cases. Some of them are tood and easy going and it is a baby sitting place being in those level 2 mccfs or ice center Ive experienced both. Some will try to Fight you or proboke you with who knows what consequences like my last day before deportation. Where one harassed me and got in myface and kept telling me to shut the fuk up and fuk your propety youll get it when you get it when all I asked was a sinple question if my stuff will Transfer with me. I always held back. I learned from my mistakes even if I did not start those situstions. I simply let him talk and ignored him. But he got right to the door my last day before deportation and i could easily call him inside and maybe who knows the consequences.

In Corcoran level 2 sny low level even that was the situarion where a hispanic guard was friends with this white trash guy who was competing for my bunky in an 8 man pod. I would also let some ok normal people borrow retro gamer magazines I introduced to inmates and he tried to con them harassing me asking why I trade or borrow them when everyone else was doing this and even asking me why I had them. On top of him and his other cop friend harassing me why I was there what I did why I choose sny all these questions at once.

I was even harassed by them or the guards and police being transferred from the hole in san quentin from reception time to the mainline prisons where one kept asking me personal and convict like questions and even his colleagues told him thats enough. I dont get it. No one else.l did either.

But I made friends at VSP with a similar mind. This guy was bi and zi have a thing it was one of the reasons we clung even though I am 100 % straight snd told him and everytime he amde domments he wanted me i just laughed with him and we joked it aside. But he was a punkrocker and we clinged in our view of the us government, the us constitution and what really was going on. I at the time hang to the view I was a Polish ultra or soccer hooligan who like they do in Poland fights police snd government. Only recently i realized theya re not like I thought.

But we would talk about how braindead sodiety is and people in general how they believe the government narrative how they think juries trials and courts in California are fair and alws are good snd vote for even more laws. He even told me being Polish and an immigrant I was not treated white in any sense of the word there. Discussing the case and showing him some of my transcritps even. But we did see others like George Galvin who alsow as white in same boat.

Galvin literslly is still doing time for defending his dsufhter from her boyfriend but thr courts saw it as him imposing her will on who she should date. Either way he will end up doing more than that blond texan cop who killed a man in his own apartment.

It isnt about race but caracel system to destroy people families and the human psyche with lies they feed the media across the channel whether republican or democrat. My punkrock friend Joey was mexican by the way.

But the thing is you lewrn to laugha at it in there. At it all. You learn to have a sense of humor or you will become suacidal quickly. We would laugh st some of the guys partivularly who were there for one off cases or even sex offenders who believed in their country and system.

Before being incarcerated. We would tell ourselves how we knee ahead of time we had a feeling we never fit in or were part or regular us society with its hypocricy and racial politics and divisions that just were aimed to cloud people’s minds.

But I have to say overall it was a trip and a unique experience and I could write books about being at places from San Quentin to Adelanto private prison with GOs to ice center to plane ride baxk when ai felt fresh air again and more. People really do not realize how few inmates were like me and how few in california even have a basic education or ged or high school diploma. This is across the channel at every county jail, lockup, prison, etc.

But the other thing to add is there was self reflection and laughter in there as well. When I made it to the hole in quentin a guy who was a sex offender and funny dude ended up in there literslly the same day but did not right like me to do it. He just checked in.

But his name was chewey like in starwars and he did it for some reason because or thst ssme group targeted him for some other resson thsn me (me for wanting the second tier him for being a sex offender) and we connected. In the hole he showed me this radio channel on paranormal.

And we would talk over the vent as well. He was into computers and onxe i tslked to gim on the yard when we were in Alpine section. We also transferred together to vsp on the same bus. Some othe inmates there were also there when they saw wheat I did to go put myself in hole.

In san auentin donner section and all were supprotive. I literslly fesred i wss marked desd man walking for tsking it to them like that. For attacking them both as the doors unlocked snd st chow hall when they threatened to stab me and sat at my table and di hand signs across.

The crazy thing was and I think part of both admirstion and hate across both inmates and guards or cos alike was I had a dollege education foing in there, I had a journalism ba from chico state which I still cling to and it has been a blessing going into this field.

‪The other thing to consider is that the hole or shu or donner I believe it was section of SQ reception was more comfortable than thst reception at Alpine. They gave us wind up raidos, warm water for shower and we were just isolated.‬

When I watch these prison youtube channels part of it is therapy and me understanding where they come from no matter the status gp or sny the yard the prison the crime etc. i find it sll interesting snd worth telling.

But part of me sees the fakeness and how many people in there were who did not see the light and were lfietime criminals who used lies and deceit daily. Not only to bully others in there they would laugh in the holding twnk in county saying how theyll lie and trick the judge into presenting themselves as just drug users or addicts that need help and told their plays cripts in front of one another how theyll cry saying they need programs. I saw them get them while me someone like me was destroyed every time he stepped into their courtrooms in places like santa cruz.

When I say it was a profound and religious-like experience here is what I mean. When those fuys flooded the cell the guards looked up and asked who did it and looked like they wanted to blame me because the water fell in front or my cell.

I stayed up all night literally and prayed to my loved ones that even though I gave the life or violence up I have to again at least one more time. This place or nightmare san Quentin reception gave me no choice. Even though I was in there for fighting someone raphael luciano.

And swore to my family to not have anger anymore let things go dont fight etc. even despite other things going on and me being provoked and the guy charging me first after I just confronted him.

I read this book about Auschwits that made me realize god is truth as I read the book and guardian angels exist like my grandmother in my life since she passed. Just like here in Europe back Poland she helped me.

‪The other thing to consider is that the hole or shu or donner I believe it was section of SQ reception was more comfortable than thst reception at Alpine. They gave us wind up raidos, warm water for shower and we were just isolated.‬

The reception was mixed all levels and people had to be put in cells randomly or even in sinister ways organized by the guards.

The crazy thing also was how they almost gave you no clothes there. You got like two pairs or boxers that were two sizes too large and had to use a makeshift pin or tie from bedsheet with hole you made to fit them. Then they had laundry exchange like once per month and the upper Tiers would be left behind almost always since they went up from first tier. Thus, you had to bride the tier runners or porters to get anything and once you asked for something you eaited forever for thrm to finish their wheelin and dealing to hope to see them again.

I had two issues or physical confrontations twice due to this reason or laundry exchange. I got into it with this big and fat black guy named mob or money over bitches who was just strsnge to say the least. He acted sort of like an uncle tom or a big friend to help you out.

Me and my friend whow as phillipino named romel who got 10 yrs for sleeping with a 12 yr old girl i believe it was. He was from watsonville but Phillipino. Anyway, this guy was first with us on fourth tier wnd during crazy runs back or after chow he would act sympathetic.

After I was moved first tier after my fight with this whigger dude I can go into later who called my powder or from that movie with the gentle or soft white dude after this fight I was moved to second tier and the mod dude was there. He was such a hustler he kept coming to my tier To do deals or trades and would come in with shit hidden under his pants like a theif looking around his shoulders left and right.

He kept ripping me off though and crap and on laundry day he was a runner giving it out and gave me a shirt that looked like a fat ladys shirt with rips and never came back to switch it after promising to. Eventually I grabbed him across the cells and he tried to get other Inmates involved or some big scheme going.

Basically he tried to get a guy to jump me who literally disfigured another guy. One time I looked down to see who was in the cage and this guys celly was so beat his nose was crooked. I don't even know how long you have to beat someone to do that. But we ended up being ok.

The Money over bitches or mob guy was such a hustler though he apparently left while taking other inmates stuff like even electronics and owed bills and quietly left without sasying goodbye to all his buddies.

I remember the gang mentality was so strong there in San Quentin reception and they were so about that life there that this Northern Ryder mexican gangstered out tatted up on face dude simply disrespected this skinny black dude at chow(or something happened I was not privy to) and apparently it was like nothing over who sat in what table or something the guy told him not to sit there. The black guy unlike many of us or regular people on the street didn't even think twice, didnt even wait, didnt even consider consequences or outcome or if the disrespect was worth it. he simply fought him. It was crazy because I just saw him escorted from the san quentin chow hall and he looked pissed and didnt see how it started or what it was about i just know thr guy he got into it with he also got into it with another guy I actually knew and later did time with at VSP level 2 (even though he was on borderline level 3).

So I knew this ryder dude was a knucklehead. All I heard later was get down get down and cops rushing some high up tier , and the black guy got his come backs apparently or tried. No hesitation again

unlike me you or regular people who think about consequences, who think about getting jumped, thrown over the tier, stabbed, etc. He just went st him for the slightest apparently disrespect. The mexican dude in the cage was so convincing to the cop or co he simply told him while drinking a cup of coffee in his hand that „hey you know me man. If I really wanted to hurt him id throw him over the tier. Deep down you know me and that is what id do. I don't know why he tripped. Something from the chow hall he didnt like. I was just defending myself.” Then he later bragged in the chow hall table that I was sitting in two seats down he beat the 15 and convinced the stupid cop he did nothing.

The dude that beat the 115 and fought the black guy on the upper tiers after the chow hall incident was so gangstered out and comfortable in that environment I joked to my celly and some other guys he was literally laughing with a cup in his hand at the hearing.

EDIT: When I said unlike me or most of us I did't mean I wouldn't have fought him either. I meant I would think about it twice especially on an upper tier and not for some small misunderstanding or someone sitting at wrong seat or something. It would have to be more serious than that or even someone taking my magazine. Like if the guy spit on me that's different.

Also edit after I wrote it and read this when I said he had his coffee in the cage I meant he was all intense with this bald white cop in SQ reception but he had coffee in his hand and was laughing while in the chair before the hearing sometime later. Crazy to see people so relaxed in that environment.

Ok, let me continue. I remembered w situation today from my dreams. It never leaves you comes back in dreams or daily life.

I heard music in there when I first came in to the fourth tier. In the morning like some opera playing from radio. It was before and after chow or breakfast. Like shawshank redemption music playing from some speakers.

San Quentin was so surreal like going back in time. I want to tell that story how I was waterboarded. How these three guys kept calling me powder like that gentlemen or soft guy from the movie. How every time I came from meals they pointed at me. This was my first fight in there.

This wigger guy from coco county and gunslinger whom yelled the "who wanna hear me say fuck that" at cops chants were part of it w d in beginning of fourth tier where I was at.

So after long time i decided the only solution to not get harassed anymore is to fight and be moved tiers or rows as there were five there in San Quentin. I looked at gunslinger at breakfast and he looked back for only second. I went back and saw the whigger named Tyler or something.

He was called. He looked at me most likely was warned and as I attacked he knew and fought back. It wad hell lavish something out of this world. Here I was fighting in a prison against tatted up cons or gang members. His friends harassed me in group earlier.

They surrounded me like the way I caught my first strike on the street fighting someone named kevin markley a good ole boy in santa cruz at w place called brady’s yacht club. The way it started was they kept saying powder wnd when I said what did you call me thwt gunslinger guy got in my face saying I am funny looking to them that’s all. Then, they surrounded me.

So when they surrounded me I was already stressed as I was only there like a few days or a week at most and asked them whats up or what are they getting at and the gunslinger dude who later did the fuck that chant got in my face and said “we just think youre funny looking That’s all. Do you got a problem with that”? I replied asking how I am funny looking and grew a little balls and said maybe I think you're funny looking. That was when three of them surrounded me and I was at the egde of the bars with the big drop below on the fourth tier.

So I backed out and walked away and left. I noticed they stopped the next time but one of them the whigger or white gangsta dude from this cooca or costa costra county hood city called richmond (only bad city in that richy rich steppord wives county next to rich cities) He was still smirking snd pointing his finger at me so i told him i thought he looked like vanilla ice to try getting them back without having to resort to violence. That hudge drop bwas low and those bars made me realize how dangerous it was or the threat especially outnumbered.

Yet i am not goot at talking crap and my whole life pretty much avoid arguments in person or shouting matches i can do it through writing or fighting (but this is hopefully behind me) but I have never been good at words or coming with quick come backs.

So I slept on it and told myself I have to fight the next day if it continues after morning chow or breakfast. They left me no choice now. I tried all other venues to make it stop. It felt like being a pollack in junior high school again going back in time to us public schools.

In a way prison is like going back mentally and physically to a different level and time of your life. Like going back and regressing in life where you have no control and people around you act no different from children many times.

So the next morning they did it again and at next chow I looked at gunslinger and he saw my gaze i was serious and looked away without saying anything. The whigger guy also I think knew hence why I could do little damage to him at outset and he charged making me go backwards

Right away before my hit even connected like he knew. I also breathed to osyche myself out as i was going up the stairs. I felt like i may back out never in my life did i do this. I always backed out or avoided fights or fought when attacked including what brought me to prison.

I was charged first after confronting this guy bamed raphael luciano and they believed him and put me in prison for it. For a single move a rear naked choke where he wasnt even hurt.

So i hit this guy and we are fighting on the beginning of fourth tier in san quentin. This is where my life went i figured. I was writing articles making good money living in santa cruz near a beach jsut a few months or half a year previously and here I am in a struggle on the Fourth tier in san quentin where I hope I wont be stabbed or thrown over four stories of tiers to the ground.

As we fought gunslinger snd the other guy who looked like a hispanic banger (gunslinger was a white guy from Modesto tatted face and head everywhere) and this guy I was fighting had this weird laugh like belching from throat. But anyway enough of their descriptions I was lucky it Stayed one on one because the guards were not far away and they didnt want write ups plus they kept yelling st him “get him, get him, fuk him up” and I think were surprised I didnt go down right away. He was bigger and kept hitting me but i had martial arts training and would tilt my forehead down so he was hitting the top of my head and forehead and not face. I stopped his onrush at me with a hard right hook and a second later heard them yelling get down and running at us and me and him clinched snd got on our knees thsn pepper spray and batons came Guards because i kept moving or whiggling from the pepper spray pain when trying to open my eyes. This one guard was huge black guy ex nfl player they said and he threaten to fuk me up if I moved or jumped up again.

Then they put us under ice cold water a huge jet coming down where i could not breathe. I felt like being water boarded. The water came down on my entire face and nose and I was struggling for air. Eventually we were put in the dummy cages or what my next door neighbour from this time on the second tier where they moved me to called “theurapetic modules” as an inside joke as you had to laugh at it all. At all of it.

It was so ridiculous you just had to laugh with wet and pepper sprayed clothes we were told to strip naked while in a small cage we could hardly move in and couldn't even see in. He seemed to have dealt with the spray better or had previous experience with it. But it took me a while to come to and start seeing again.

Later I was moved to the second tier and more experiences ensued. This was just a small journey a small moment of many in there where I realized that I was way over my head to try controlling this environment or expecting anything at all from it that was predictable. Nothing was.

Oh and I believe I mentioned my second fight earlier in this story briefly. That was the one which occurred on the second tier with the northern ryder gang and happened before I went to the hol or shu. This was the first one and it was from the fourth tier. I had two write ups.

My entire term and they all occurred in san quentin from these fights. They were both desperate situations I saw no other options with. I was almost level 3 because of them and had to be on my toes the rest of the term as one more write up would have bene level 3 points.

The second fight was when i truly felt god or presence of him and my grandmother watching over me and giving me the power to do something I didnt want to but had to and without that help would have folded many times over.

Ok, so let us get back onto the topic. It was so ghetto so run down in there they gave us these oversized boxers or underwear. We had to put a hole and pin inside to make the underwear stay on our ass. And because I started in the top tier or fourth I had nothing coming as they Said. This means we were last unless we bribed the runners or porters in giving us fresher pairs by paying them with soups, coffee or stamps.

Also, these convicts or inmates were so scandalous or selfish when I got in my fight snd went to second tier, one of the runners white guy claimed i owed coffee and soups from my ex celly who paroled the drug addict dude on fourth tier. Somehow he claimed i signed off on his debt. They would send noted across tiers and fish and back and forth communications took place across four tiers across two horizontal rows or inmates.

The crazy thing on the first tier they had most of the medical inmates or schizos and mental cases. One guy wore a helmet at all times because he would bang his head on a wall. He was right near the podium where the CO (or guards) were.

They would release us to the yard twice per week there and there were gunners with m16s and other non lethal weapons at the towers. It was two yards or sections of all four tiers separated by a fence. So two tiers one aide and two the other.

One time 49ers or nfl players came from the third team or d league or something and they just came starring or looming at us. This was around late 2014 or 2015.

I remember also one time this skinny old bald convict was sitting in my table at chow hall of san quentin and they were talking to him asking him questions. I came to find he came from death row. Apparently he won some appeal do not know if all or just sentence commuted.

Oh yea there is also the story of Chop. This black inmate named Chop was there when I first got there two cells to my right and he was kind of odd. He was slow and had a speech impediment of sorts. So the other black inmates would clown him and tease him constantly.

The funny thing was though he wasn’t really a victim or innocent guy. He just would talk smack to them back or argue and tried tog et the last word in everymtime even when it was obvious they were clowning him. But the thing was he stole brownies or the desert from trays.

He did that to me once. He was in front of me and he took the sweet out of the tray in front of him in addition to his that he already got on his tray. It was so blatant too and he did it in front of everyone and a guard three feet away but like super slick and quick.

So for a second I was going to chase him down and grab it back but realized his hands were already on it so I asked for another one and told the kitchen hand out staff person I didnt get a desert and he gave me one. I sat at chop’s table and called him a desert thief.

And for a second I was mad and wanted to start a fight with him but he was just so casual and cool about it and smiled I calmed down and realized I got another one anyway.

But he would do it every time to others from that point on he let me go ahead of him if I ended up behind him in line so he just kept doing it but to others.

But the crazy thing was when he got called out and in a fight with another black guy in a cell like pretty much right next to his. It occurred because he would not stop arguing or shut up and this guy was mad that night. And they waited until literally after chow the following morning.

Just to fight and didn't let it go. But it started because the other guy accused chop for being there for pimping out some 15 yr old girl or something. The guy didn't like what he was in there for. But I don't even know if it was true or how he would know.

So chop denied it and also they had some other issues and they fought. But it was like a scene from the warriors. People made like a circle on the fourth tier of San Quentin and it was crazy. I was walking back from chow and saw chop walk past me with this intense stare. He didn't even take his long sleeved shirt off. The other guy was already waiting for him and the circle around them was formed. And chop literally bulldozed or charged at him. They were so quick and violent too no setting up dancing around each other just like two bulls With horns charging. At one point not only did Chop break the other guy’s nose and the whole time in reception he had a bandage on it but he literally lifted him straight up with one hand or hand around waist and leg and slammed him full force with his own weight on it.

The other guy put him in guard and this other black guy they called G Money broke them up. They were friends later and played basketball in the yard. We had yard twice per week and it was a special reception yard separated by two tiers each across a fence.

The crazy thing was the deals again. I want to go back into the black market economy there and how it functioned. we used envelopes so like a haircut on the yard cost on average five envelopers. each envelope came with a single stamp per envelope. They were issued by the state or prison per month.

once per month everyone got like four envelopes and you could order more on canteen days. however, canteen was a crazy thing all onto itself as often they would skip a tier from going that entire month if someone misbehaved on the tier or there were too many instances of issues. one time they recalled the yard due to an incident somewhere else in the prison a way from reception or any of the reception buildings (and this was common) when I was right wt the window, the third person from ordering.

but enveloeps were currency. And also contributed to the debauchery. I had a friend whom I mentioned named George Galvin who is still in San Quentin apparently but now on the mainline gp there due to sny and go integration and it being a programming prison now or a 50/50 yard.

and he claimed some guy and I knew this guy personally which I may get into later ripped him off in a clever way when he first got there. Galvin told me this story at another prison we were at later called Valley State or VSP. the other guy who was about to do life bought something from galvin and promised to pay him and Galvin never got the envelopes. Apparently he told Galvin he left them near the edge of the cell and someone must have got them. but he told the story in a funny way. apparently he told Galvin This:

„I put them right there on the edge. Didn't you see them? see right there. you must have seen them? were you asleep? damm man someone must have got them. fuck.”

like I said the debauchery, lies, manipulation, hustle in there was legendary. Ive never seen anything like this. in all my life including trips to Morocco and Turkey.

getting back to the guy galvin was talking about. he ripped me off as well and also laughed about it. he owed me for some magazines and he paid the first test ones Is ent him one at a time but later got two at once and lost his porter job around the time he got them. Thus, he had A great excuse. he kept saying he will get them to me but get this: next Wednesday or some specific day when we all go to the yard or go to medical (he went certain days but was on the first tier). But every time I went he was gone already or I could never get close to his cell.

One time he caught me off guard when we were all together going to church on some main yard area and he like lightly patted me on the arm like whats up man. At this point I had already let it go and some envelopes were not worth me fighting him over as again I was a first time guy going in there and took everything with a grain of salt (you had to to remain sane or relatively sane). but I still asked him jokingly, so how bout them envelopes? and he still played it off like he will pay me and assured me I will get them.

The crazy thing was this guy was some short and stocky biker type dude they claimed was in some motorcycle gang but it was so strange he was on the first tier the whole term where the heavily medicated inmates were housed and sex offenders or ex cops.

There was another guy on the first tier near the cops or guards who wore a special helmet because he would hit his head on walls. my friend Joey was briefly next to him. Joey is the bisexual punk rocker guy I think I already mentioned. and He would hit his head even with the helm

keep in mind these are all just San Quentin stories from my time in reception when people of all crimes and levels were housed there. I may go into other prison and lockup stories later or continue on this thread.

I am gonna expose it all. Expose all California’s sickness. Sickness of the mind. I will let you people know the real non sugar coated truth.

They create these prisons there and they have more than 33 to create jobs in rural or desert areas. To make these losers employed.

Look at the maps where these prisons easiest even private prisons like where i was at desert view mccf and later Adelanto across the street. It is all designed by them by the state of ca. These people employed there are redneck losers trying to be cops.

But the bottom line is this, the whole system umerica created is sick and California is possibly the sickest of them all. A state claimed to be liberal, claimed to be leftwing has the most corrupt, racist, gang infested hole the world had ever seen.

The thing about is those nurses in there and free staff are indifferent to it all. It is all a joke, a game and fake. They do nit care. It could be as corrupt as Africa and they would be fine with it not just the cops cos or guards.

I forgot the point i was gonna bet at but the bottom line America is a sick place in ways with such a polarised society it will make a red lobster turn blue. One second they are super anti corruption normal western society next they are he most corrupt hell hole.

They fight stab kill each other on the inside. Inside the system a world within a world, a system within a system, cities within a state. And the next they sentence you for defending yourself if tou have a crime history or doing almost nothing to being at the whims of the elements To going inside this system again this world mankind created of the elements. But and get this but... people never get out. People go in and patch some bad luck. Catch a celly trying to kill them or plotting on them. Catch the fucking guards pitting inmates against each other.

And they never leave. They die. Either they die within the system and get absorbed into the pit or they die from other inmates. Or they die from fucking taking their own lives.
