Hey big bromo I don't think you know what you're talking about this time. Some places like that italian place I was at everyone left tips and I only got paid 4 dollars an hour and so tips were the main source of income, like if people didn't tip people wouldn't work there but yeah we relied the tips.
But you're a cook so you get paid more than servers and you don't have to deal with the customers so its even staven. -

I don't know if that's true or not, but neither do you and it sounds right. If 2 mexican immigrants starting a restaurant is an "institution" than go bitch and moan to them about how institutionalizing they're being.
Bill Bill Krozbyby has terrible spending habits, I don't know how much his rent is and don't care, I think he lives in a house by himself in a major city, so he's clearly gonna spend a lot of his checks on rent unless his parents own it or something. He's an alcoholic who eats cheesesteaks and pizza every day, smokes weed, does other drugs, so yeah that's gonna cost a lot, and he's not a WAITER he's a barback, so of course he gets a smaller cut of the tips than a waiter or a bartender.
Ignored because you're just a heroin junkie and it's been really apparent in your posts lately how fucked up you are.

That's beside the point. Of course you figure it out. But it's the institutions which made it this way in the first place. There was a big push in the early 1900's to create legislature which would put more money in the hands of business owners, which is what tipping does. Should be noted that paying your employees less than minimum wage is ILLEGAL in most of the world.
Average waiter/waitress only earns about 25k a year, which is right around the poverty level depending on where you are. And a good percentage of them are only making 17-20k a year. So yeah, plenty of people struggling. The people you knew probably just didn't talk about it. It's a good job if you're uneducated but it's still not livable and that's why people generally try to get out of the food service industry.

2019-10-01 at 9:59 PM UTCJust like healthcare, EU seems to be doing the same shit right with tipping, which is to just fucking not tip ans include it into the charge. It's just a weird ass concept. Tip your waitress, your hairdresser, your masseuse, but NOTHING ELSE. they rely on your tips so you're fucking ethically obligated to tip. Lmao.

2019-10-01 at 10:02 PM UTCIt all just depends on the place you work at, but anyways OP is slimey shithead, he's like wellhung bragging about trying to screw someone over and it happens but its a total nig move.
like you can't give the gont 5 bucks? maybe your fatass shouldn't be going to eat out if you're that cheap. And yeah I eat a lot of cheesesteaks but I always tip, but then i guess I'm just a big fat socialist. -
2019-10-01 at 10:04 PM UTCbut anyways im pretty sure OP tipped anyways lol. When I met vaporwavve, we went to eat at this mexican place and when I went up to the bathroom and came back after our meal he was hiding by the door because he didn't want the server to see him not tip her lmao

Hey, you've got an alcohol problem but that doesn't make you "just an alcoholic" and it certainly doesn't mean that you can't make a valid argument smh. I'm sure you're ignoring my post because it can be so effortlessly shot down, hmm? :) -

technically, in some situations, the dead can be counted by the wealth they had at the time of their death.
which means, on average, even the DEAD possess more than you... -

2019-10-06 at 12:06 AM UTCYeah yeah yeah, waiters like Bill Krozby are struggling. But Bill Krozby just called me a "slimy shithead". So just for you Kro zby, for this waiter at this pizza joint, I'm going to have another craft beer, and then pay with my gift card, and pay the rest as close as I can using the denominations of bills in my wallet unless the tip is more than 10%, in which case I'll only tip cents for my $30+ bill.
I'm liking this 'using gift cards to pay for everything' and 'tip as little as possible' attitude.
I likely wont be back to this place for at least a year. -
2019-10-06 at 1:12 AM UTCDude I used to donate 10% to the church and I don't believe in that anymore, but even if I did FUCK THAT. I'm not obliged, nor am I to give to the homeless or at AA meetings or whatever. Nigga, I'm in debt and I'm near homeless. I have a technical net worth of a LOT LESS THAN YOU and I was homeless until like 5 days ago too bum.
