For a very long time there was no such thing as a tourist visa in Saudi Arabia.
I wouldn't mind seeing a beheading or two.

I think you can study abroad or work abroad, I guess study is different though. I'd like to go there. -

There are a lot better countries to visit.
Non-religious and non-business related tourism to Saudi Arabia is very low. I'm not surprised they're trying to get people to visit. -
