Was that she was a woman thus was not assaulted and had to fight back for doing what she did. I was assaulted and fought back hard and hence the difference right there between being treated and labeled a civil rights advocate or person who doesnt take shit and a criminal. Dont you agree that small difference of fighting back against a similar culture of oppression occurred? In Santa cruz it is good ole local boys who feel sueprior to others and wear shirts like go back over the hill and took over that Bradys Yacht Club like their living room. In Rosa Parks time it was public buses. Also being a sex offender st the time and having a tricky city based lawyer didnt help.

I mesn the standing your ground thing occurred in both cases the bit mistake is when that trash did it to me i just came back from poland and was in a shitty mood after also being harassed at the airport by a chinese fuk and asked about my wallet and probation. So i wasnt having it and when he got in ym face i got up and shoved him back out of my face.
