I'm not considering computer labs, but if that's what you do go ahead and list that. I'm talking specifically about using their wifi. The library in my hometown has several rooms reserved for people to either study or use their internet, when I was homeless that is where I would do most of my interneting. I remember there was this one homeless guy, or maybe he wasn't homeless but just didn't have the net, he would take several luggage bags and leave them in one of the rooms, he had this little portable dvd player that he would use to watch the dvds the library has, one time I heard him watching porn really loudly .... Anyways I have an internet addiction so once I get moved I was considering not getting a subscription there and just visiting the library every few days or once a week. My plan eventually would be to get a mac mini and 4:3 monitor then take it to the library in a travel bag, it could be an event.
I would get on totse and YouTube when I was homeless. I didn't even know what YouTube was at the time. Just found a bunch of videos of girls beating the shit out of each other linking to other vids

The library was where I first went on youtube as well, back in 2005. At the time I only had dial up so the library was the only place to be able to play advanced flash games and watch videos hosted online, like ebaumsworld. I miss the culture of youtube back then when it was treated as a video hosting website and not some on-demand tv service. People would upload silly clips and just random artsy stuff .... you know maybe I'll get back into making stuff like that.
