Today for breakfast I had raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries mixed into cottage cheese, and two eggs sunny side up. For lunch I had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with some whole grain wheat bread, and a plum for a snack. Some trail mix too, which consisted of banana chips, raisins, cranberries, peanuts, and mango. For dinner I had garlic red rice with beans, kale, and tomato. I poured guacamole salsa over the top and squeezed a lime over it. Also had a cup of cranberry juice.
Chicken tenders are loaded with oil in the breading, and mac n cheese is just plain non-nutritious and bad for you. I'm not even going to comment on the canned sugary fruit and those frozen whatevers you ate. And 3 cups of ginger ale? Nigga you know how much sugar is in those? Don't drink that shit like it's water. You need to treat juice and soda like a dessert. -

Yep. All of my shit is cooked at home and made with quality ingredients.
Not frozen and loaded with oils, or stuffed into a can and packed with sugars.
When you actually eat healthy you can immediately feel the effects that garbage like chicken tenders or mac n cheese has on your digestive system and overall wellbeing.
