fuck, I've had to post this so many times lately -
they're decriminalising the child prostituting themself; it's still a crime to solicit or profit/benefit from it in any way. they're still going after pimps, abusive families and people looking to bang kids, they're just not exposing those kids directly to the life-ruining justice system
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this
post didn't die in a fire!
We had this discussion way back when this was passed. Like i said then, this only legalizes it for the girls involved. You will still go to prison for soliciting a prostitute and especially an underage one.
On the whole this is a good thing because underaged girls don't just wake up one morning and say: Gee wiz! I am going to be a prostitute today. Usually, in the case of underaged prostitutes there have been some circumstances that requires them to get money by all means neccesary. In example, they ran away from home or got into some other trouble, these girls don't need any more trouble in the form of the law.

Yeah remember when we had this thread a couple months ago when the bill was first passed? I said the exact same thing.

Denial is a normal thing for someone like you to feel, but it wasn't your fault. It never was and never will be. The first stage is acceptance Bill Krozby. It's not your fault
