Sec. of State Mike Pompeo Subpoenaed By Three House Committees For Failure To Produce Ukraine Documents

2019-09-28 at 3:07 AM UTChe chairmen of three House committees subpoenaed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Friday over his failure to produce answers about Ukraine.
"Pursuant to the House of Representatives' impeachment inquiry, we are hereby transmitting a subpoena that compels you to produce the documents set forth in the accompanying schedule by October 4, 2019," the chairmen of the House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Oversight committees wrote in a letter to Pompeo.
In addition to the subpoena, Reps. Adam Schiff, Eliot Engel and Elijah Cummings informed the top US diplomat in a separate letter that they had deposed five State Department officials who have been mentioned in relation to the inquiry -- Ambassador Marie "Masha" Yovanovitch, Ambassador Kurt Volker, Deputy Assistant Secretary George Kent, Counselor T. Ulrich Brechbuhl and Ambassador Gordon Sondland. -

It's not illegal. But he refused to do it after it being requested, as there is now a case over the issue and unlike most normal cases, this one is moving fast. So now they subpoena'd it. Simple.
Trump org has already deleted stuff in the past so it's important to get this information quickly. It's looking like there is stuff Muller missed though. -

He didn't refuse but he did take the time discuss it with his staff both in the White House and at the USDOJ as well as the president of the Ukraine especially who's privacy and national security concerns had to be addressed as is courteous and stately.
As for deleting shit? Nigger really? 30,000 emails... HDDs wiped st DoD security levels or destroyed with hammers... A private non government server in a residential basement with classified date on it...
