OK article, but the biggest, most under-written about thing about corporate culture is the huge gap between the office troll who sits around and thinks that they have some sort of seniority because their fat ass has occupied the exact same swivel chair a number of years, and senior management and what senior management respond to, and how to deal with that gap.

See this reminds me. The reason i was so pissed off at those corporate bitches at that warsaw social meetup before they went to the club and were at hard rock cafe is how they kept running into me and expecting me to move out of their way instead of walking around me. But what pissed me off is once one of them smiled i smiled back automatically. How do people within the corporate culture learn not to say hi back or smile to people? This is a skill i have my whole life not gotten round to mastering. Any of you know? Technologist? Or is it female related?
I mean if i at least didnt smile or called them bimbos as i left i think i would have at least gave them a tiny taste of their fem and corporate medicine of how they were treating me and others no?

To be honest now I kind of see why male Pollacks walk right at these people and move them out of the way all rude back at em. Like these events including inter narions and warsaw social usually are outside a bar and they all stand huddled outside and always I mean always some pollack runs through their group instead of around them. I used to think they were rude but now I see they just hate the corporate culture as much as me and have more audacity or balls to show it.
