Is this a dark or nonstick pan?

   Seriously how many fucking pan types must I know?
   
   
   
   So I got this pan and I got these cinniminim rolls man.
   But I dont know if this is a dark or nonstick pan.
   Directions say 375 degrees for dark or nonstick and 400 degress for other pans i guess...
   
   I dont have this pans origional packaging to know what it is.
   I saw the same exact pan at Walmart for $10 tho.
   I got this one for $3 at Goodwill after seeing the one at Walmart.

   I have a semi-rusty cast iron skillet but I dont have any grease.
