But why are inmates in county jails even sny units or even people who claim they had nor ecords before so interested in clsifornia prison politics and many of them it was all they would talk sbout? Like this little gook or hmong kid named turbo herr out of oroville. When he was doing a yr in jail with me he just kept talking sbout it even though he claimed he had nor ecord before and was never in prison. Why? -
