A Romanian TV show host said Serena Williams looks like a "monkey" whilst live on air.
"Serena Williams looks exactly like one of those monkeys at the zoo with the red asses," said Radu Bancui whilst presenting the late evening show on B1 TV. "If monkeys wore trousers, they'd look exactly like Serena Williams does on the court."
Williams has been a victim of racial abuse on numerous occassions, including when she was the subject of a cartoon which depicted her as an angry baby with an oversized nose and lips. -

Her income relies on people wanting to watch her play, and apparently calling them racist misogynists if they don't. The point is that her outbursts indicate that she does, in fact, care what people think.

Yes, but not in the same way. This is my exact point - instead of discussing her behaviour, you immediately compare it to that of a man.
A woman cannot become a man, and copying the behaviours of a man (or likely, men) who was successful can not make her a man herself. It contradicts her nature and makes her outwardly appear to be a poor facsimile or an approximation of a man.
That's not to say a woman can't be highly skilled (beyond their male counterparts) or can't learn from male mentors; simply that copying the social behaviours of a man in order to appear powerful or dominant is self-defeating.
