2018-04-05 at 12:36 AM UTCu know how on ur samsung enabled smart phone when u press the volume and power button at the same time it saves a picture of the screen!?!?
What if u embedded buttons in the human head's temples and when u touch them both it emails u a picture of ur vision. or uploads it DIRECTLY to imgur for precessing -

2018-04-05 at 1:22 AM UTCIt's an awesome idea that I want to see happen, but I think it's flawed in execution. I imagine we'd be jumping technological hurdles for decades before somebody can figure out even a shitty way of making it real.

You can record the voices by recording the cochlear microphonic potential using a non contact capacative sensor and amplifying with an instrumentation amplifier with high input impedence, low noise, large CMMR rejection (Burr Brown INA116 available from Texas Instruments). The voices will appear in the recorded signal. The cochlear microphonic potential contains everything that you hear that originates from an external stimulus. Electromagnetic waves do not penetrate the skull since the skull is a conductor it shields the brain. Unfortunately the skull is a transducer and converts the electromagnetic energy into sound/vibrations which the cochlea picks up and the outer hair cells convert to an electrical signal called the cochlear microphonic potential.
If there was something your ears heard that a microphone couldn't, you can still record it^
Something similar can be done with your vision, although it'll be more complex. https://patents.google.com/patent/US3951134A/en
There's a hint at the complexity, otherwise, you'd have to implant electrodes in the brain. Of course, the US government has classified technology similar to US3951134A that allows signals intelligence to use your eyes as a camera. How it works? Likely by using ELF waves associated with the visual cortex, rather than interferometry.
A lot of people have noticed signals intel doing this to them, and it's unlikely interferometry is always being used because that would be more complicated.
If you figure out a way to do this, it's probably going to fall under the invention secrecy act and be considered a national security secret, so they likely won't allow you to distribute it, and possibly may confiscate it.

All of them - higher frequency may not penetrate as much, and is absorbed in the upper layers, while lower frequencies penetrate more, and may actually pass out the other side.
This is an issue for cellphones, since you’ve got a RF source right next to your head, and so some of that RF energy goes into your skin, skull and other tissues and is absorbed there, making it hot.
In practical terms, a microwave signal at 3GHz mostly reflects off the skin, then loses about 63% of its power in the first few centimeters, another 63% in the next few, and so forth. In general terms, the depth goes as 1/sqrt(f), so at 12 GHz (4 x greater frequency) it penetrates 1/2 as far before losing 63%.
Some people propose that the US signals intelligence uses "smart dust" or neural dust, referred to by Julian Assange right before he was locked up, but in my opinion, it requires no implant. They have figured out a way to turn your eyes into a camera by simply using ELF waves.
And I don't think this involves HAARP. I think it may involve nano wires to transmit ELF waves. You either have to have a super massive antenna, or heterodyning like HAARP, in order to produce ELF waves. But DNA can produce ELF waves, and can act as a nano wire/transmitter....
So, good luck with that idea. -

John St Clair Akwei worked for the NSA and like a lot of other whistle blowers, he confirmed that the NSA and military intelligence can in fact turn your eyes into a camera remotely, without any physical contact. -

Another good one, it's also possible they use the ionosphere as a positive pole and the earth as negative, and the disturbance in the electrostatic field by brainwaves as a way of tracking/analyzing visual cortex data. It should also be possible to use this method on a wearable or implantable device. -
