commom american superstition #49 :
i buy a house with mortgages, its mine.
truth : no, you are not. unless and until you have fully paid off your mortgages, you are just renting the house you "own" from the banks.
the monthly payments made to the banks are just rents + the angels share, and the moment you fail to followup with your monthly payments, you will get evicted just like any other renting tenants. -

They're not though. They vary based on who is actually pulling the score, and the way it is reported means you can miss a single payment of say, 5 dollars out of the 100 dollars you have left to pay, but end up having the entire 100 dollars counted against you even though you only missed one single payment and are not skipping out on the entire amount owed. Meanwhile, somebody else with debt to a different company may also owe 100 dollars, but they've skipped out on the last three 5 dollar payments and for whatever THEY'VE only got 15 counted against their score.
It's not exactly standardized. -

I posted about this before. The way the upper echelons do it is, if they want to get rid of you and take you out, rather than demote you or fight you, they promote you instead. This makes the person more of a visual target they can then paint over a period of time, increases their responsibility, increases their accountability, increases the demand for their deliverables/metrics/performance. Then it's really easy to just turn around and say the person wasn't meeting expectations. The target is then out of the picture for good. That's the way Trump works. Instead of fighting them, he promotes them to become a more easier target. -

Does that sound like it has anything to do with any real center of learning to you? That is where all the evil in the earth springs from, from the so-called colleges and universities.
