i accidentally insufflated hydroxyzine

   i have it prescribed to me for sleep and it has worked great since getting off benzos and weed. so what happened was i took my pill but didn't have water so it was kinda in the back of my throat i guess, then i got up to brush my teeth and when i was finishing that up i did the "hock a loogie" movement to get the toothpaste and tar or whatever that i've been coughing up out to spit in the sink but when i did that a mixture of saliva and the dissolved hydroxyzine went up into my nasal cavity.
   
   now it tastes and feels like i snorted some nasty dissociative or something

   Yeah I'm prescribed that to but it's really lame I rather just take Benadryl to sleep it doesn't do anything for me.
