If someon has one sex case on thir record even if it was a plea bargain they were leid tot ske bcause its misdemeanor on paper and no big deal which is what these scumbag paid lawyers will tell you not to mention public defenders. That every other case going forward and every little thing they do they get railroaded? You think its ok when celebrities get in fights or beat people up even mma stars like bj penn get slaps on the wrist or warning while if a sex offender does the same he gets multiple yrs in prison?

I think i speak for everyone when I say that we still have little idea what you mean.
But generally yeah, people dont look too kindly on sex offenders if that's what you're asking. Most people arent going to snitch unless you're hurting someone though. And depending on the people yes, they may use your status to lie or hurt you. Probably in revenge. Same goes for anything really. Don't hang around shitty people and its not a problem. Everyone is different. This is true whether you're in Poland or China or California.

Depends on their character really. I wouldn't normally snitch on anyone except a sex offender, but it depends on their particular case and what kind of person they are aside from that.
But no, it's not really okay to lie about people. Kill them, beat them, sure, but not lie about them.
