In its own way, methamphetamine-related infarction in the GI tract can have just as big an impact on gastrointestinal health as infarction in the heart muscle has on cardiac health. In severe cases, people with this condition develop large-scale gangrene that kills off normal function in entire sections of the small or large intestine. In the worst cases, gangrene spreads throughout multiple sections of the small or large intestine and creates life-threatening changes in intestinal health that can only be corrected through emergency surgical procedures.
Most of the severe gastrointestinal complications of methamphetamine use stem directly from narrowing of the blood vessels in the GI tract. However, according to a study published in 2004 in Medscape General Medicine, gastrointestinal complications can also occur as a secondary effect of methamphetamine-related strokes originating elsewhere in the body. While doctors and researchers can at least partially predict the circumstances in which heart-related complications of meth abuse will appear, they generally don’t have enough information to determine the circumstances that lead to serious GI-related complications in any given methamphetamine user. However, in most cases, users with severe gastrointestinal complications have enough methamphetamine in their systems to produce vasoconstriction-related problems in several different organ systems.

People who are chronically constipated are more likely to have heart attacks and strokes. There's also a lot of people who feel like their heart is in pain when it's really just constipation.
Generally meth users aren't going to be the type of people that have a healthy diet either. Quite the opposite. -

2019-09-06 at 12:57 AM UTCMeth can cause GERD flare ups, which my dad has so it's possible I may have a recessed case, but GERD bad enough can feel just like a heart attack they say. It was messing with my esophagus for sure (especially since I didn't eat all day).
Everything was on the left side, and yeah my left arm and shit got numb, and my head but my head is always numb and hurting at the same time, so that doesn't count as much. That's what was happening today I'm sure only more because of the vasoconstriction.
Is 100mg smoked too much? I do that and to be honest I still think it seems underwhelming. I wanna get really high but also not feel like I'm gonna die or cause serious damage to my organs all at once.
I swear to God, I did the same amount each day pretty much and it's wildy different every time as if each shard is a different chemical because he's too retarded to mix them properly. It IS crushed crystals, which is because of serious cutting I'm sure. -

GERD can indeed feel like a heart attack. I have it, but haven't had too much symptoms for a few months after not drinking too much carbonated stuff.
100mg isn't too much depending on the person and how long it takes to smoke it all. That'd be a dime around here. I used to be a meth head and smoked constantly. Years after I quit, a dime was the perfect amount cause I knew I couldn't get too high on it, chance of overdose was slim to none... I'm the type of person that would smoke until it was all gone or I ended up throwing it away when I thought the cops were coming after, regardless of how much I had on me, so a dime made sense after all that.. I noticed depending on where I get it from, there seems to be certain contaminants that increase the chances of the left arm/heart attack feeling. So it may be that. But it could be your body chemistry which can vary quite a lot from one day to the next.
Tis possible you had a mild myocardial infarction/heart attack, but you should be careful with your stomach too. I would go to the doctor.. Make sure to always drink plenty of water when you're on that stuff.
It would be nice to know exactly what contaminant that is. Could be a lot of things because most cooks aren't doing a birch reduction or something else clean like that.
EDIT: also, you may wanna avoid swallowing any of the stuff you smoke. When you're smoking it, and you feel it coating your tongue and such, you might wanna rinse that with water rather than swallow it. They say that can increase the other side effects because it gets into your GI tract. Seasoned smokers usually don't swallow the residue because they're more careful when they smoke.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
