It was retarded, I did the same amount but it only lasted like 2 hours and I already came down and baselined again -

Rationale: Methamphetamine (METH) abuse is increasing rapidly all over the world and becoming a significant public health concern in China. However, abdominal complications secondary to METH abuse are usually overlooked. We describe an unusual case of gangrenous cholecystitis and small intestinal ischemia due to METH abuse.
It's usually over-looked, but, abdominal pain is common for a lot of people using meth. It can also be confused with a heart attack. A lot of people have heart attacks and don't know it. Jiggaboo pointed out that they can see if you've had one with a certain scan because it detects the scar tissue that is inherent in heart attacks.
Only a small percentage of heart attacks are actually fatal. So again you may not even know, and it may just be your stomach. Meth messes with my stomach really bad and it does sometimes feel like a heart attack. You should be worried if you feel tingling/numbness in your left arm though. Might wanna get that checked out if that's the case.
EDIT: It can also fuck with your lungs real bad. Your abdomen and chest cavity in general can become sore from meth use and respiratory failure isn't unheard of with meth abuse either. So again that can also seem like a heart attack. -

In a relatively small number of cases, methamphetamine abuse produces enough blood flow reduction in the GI tract to trigger a condition called ischemia. This conditions sets in when blood flow to a given area falls low enough to trigger oxygen deprivation and nutrient deficiencies in the affected tissue. In turn, these problems produce serious reductions in normal tissue health, and in some cases, outright tissue death.
Basically, you may rot from the inside out. That would be bad. A heart attack is bad, but all the other stuff that may seem like a heart attack can be just as bad and sometimes worse. So why do the drug at all? It's a shit drug... -

Again, the stomach requires an awful lot of blood and your heart has to pump that blood, so it can strain your entire chest cavity and abdomen in some cases. -

Why would anyone want to find out if they're one of those people that just happens to react so badly to the drug? I mean you can find out the hard way. That's pretty much the only way you're going to find out. Not very pleasant.
